What they ticked on the form is only what they say they are — choosing a level here is what actually grants it, and sends them the sign-up form for that level.
Record who approached a building before it signs up. If it joins and starts trading, the milestone messages go to them automatically. Internal only — no complex ever sees this.
No assignments yet. Add one above the first time someone presents to a building.
A hotel concierge shows a guest their QR. The guest taps once and gets a 5% coupon good
for two weeks, and they earn commission on everything the guest spends with it. The split
between cash and store credit is theirs alone — set it per person, and changing it
governs what they earn from now on, never what they have already earned.
Inviting somebody builds nothing. They fill in their own short form, and the Shopify
customer, the affiliate and the discount code are all created off the back of that, in
one go. That is what puts the tags on the account their earnings depend on.
No concierges yet. Add the first one above.
Cash % is the share of the commission paid as money; the rest goes to store credit. Open their dashboard is the same view they see, QR and all. Rotate kills every QR that concierge has ever been given — use it if a code leaks, and remember they then need the new one.
A driver shows a passenger their QR, or the card on the back of the seat. The passenger taps once
and gets the same 5% coupon for two weeks; the driver earns 5% of what is spent with it, deposited in
full as store credit. Cash % is the share of their earnings paid to them in cash on the 15th of the
next month (half by default; set it per driver — some will drink and some will not; a change counts from
their next sale). Pay them, then press Mark commission paid under Months & payments; the
rest stays on their balance as store credit. Drivers bring in drivers: the
Refer a driver button on their page is a QR that signs the next one up in four fields, and
the referrer gets a one-time $15 of store credit the moment the new driver’s coupons
pass $100 in sales. That lands by itself; you see it here and in Slack.
Adding somebody here invites them. They finish the four-field form themselves, and the
setup builds their Shopify customer, affiliate and discount in one go, then emails them their
link with the seat card attached.
No drivers yet. Add the first one above — every driver after that can come in through a referral QR.
Open their page is the same view they see. Seat card is the PDF that went out with their welcome email. Rotate kills every QR that driver has ever been given — the seat card and the referral QR included.
One QR per company, printed on an A5 counter card with the company's name on it. A customer scans
it, taps once and gets the same 5% card for two weeks; the company earns 5% of what is spent
with it. That goes into the company’s balance as store credit the moment the sale lands, and
they can spend it at the shop on their account. On the 15th you pay them what they were owed at the
end of last month (the email on the 14th lists it), by cheque or bank transfer, then press
Mark commission paid under Months & payments. Anything earned since the 1st waits for next month.
Companies apply on the website and wait for your approval — call them first, then press
Approve here or on the Slack card in rentalcars-approvals; that sends their registration link. They finish the
form themselves, bank details included, and the setup builds their Shopify customer, affiliate and discount in
one go, then emails them the counter card as a PDF. Adding a company here skips the application and
sends the link straight away.
No car rental companies yet. Add the first one above.
Months & payments shows their balance, what is owed for last month, what they have earned since the 1st, every commission paid and a line per month; Mark commission paid there after you pay them. Show account reveals the full bank account number for the transfer; it is never in Slack or email. Counter card is the PDF that went out with their welcome email. Rotate kills every QR the company has ever been given — every printed card included. Companies sign in at rentalcars.illdrinktothat.ky/account with their email and the password in their welcome email; the counter card’s link no longer opens their page. Open their dashboard shows you their page (that link works for twelve hours; reload Mission Control for a fresh one). New password emails them a new one, shows it to you, and signs out every desk using the old one. When a company presses “Forgot your password?” nothing changes: you get a card in #rentalcars-approvals and a note on their row, and you send it; their QR and counter cards stay as they are. Commission is always 5%. Gift cards they send from their balance are listed in Months & payments.

The places in the programme: strata-managed complexes with their own account, and buildings whose units belong to individual owners or a management company (marked Building — no account of their own). Click a strata complex to open its dashboard — the same view the partner sees — then drill into individual rooms. Individually managed owners have their own section below; management companies theirs further down.
Nothing is sent when you add. Use Send invitation on the row when you are ready.
Changing a type saves straight away — the registration forms pick it up within the minute, with no deploy. Hide takes a building off the public forms without losing what you know about it.

Owners who run their own unit or units directly with the store. Click a row to open their dashboard.
Add a Property Management Company under Program membership above; it appears here to invite.
Creating a company builds its account straight away — Shopify customer, UpPromote affiliate, dashboard login — and emails the login unless you hold it back. Units are added from the company's own dashboard, and each one goes live only after the owner has confirmed by email and you have spoken to the strata.
Ring the strata office, confirm the unit is independently owned and not in their pool and that they are aware, then press Confirmed with the strata. The unit is built the moment both you and the owner have confirmed. Decline tells the company and the owner.
